Name: Riku (Translates into “Land”) Ryuu (Translates into “Dragon”)
Alias: Kira (Translates into “Killer”)

Appearance: Riku’s attire fits with his religion and how he see’s himself as a reaper, wearing a long black robe made from a unknown material with a metallic zipper going down the middle, and black leather gloves meant for traction and easy weapon handling. Riku, although he doesn’t spent much time in the light he has fair skin. With shoulder long maroon hair, it seems to be completely opposite of his sky blue eyes.
Personality: Has a strong sense of justice but is highly religious and his thoughts on his religion usually corrupt his judgment in his actions, thinking that all those who sin are right to die and he is the only one to be able to pass judgment unto them, thinking himself as a sort of reaper which is tied into his fighting style with a scythe. His calm joking personality has always been loved by those around him but he is somewhat unreliable once again for obvious reasons of his religion.

Character's History: The story of the Legendary Assassin known as Kira begins in a small village in Kumogakure, the village was incredibly far away from the village and was stuck between the mountains and the ocean, between the villages of Kumogakure and Kirigakure. The town was filled with common thieves and the town was full of terror day in and out, some people were talented enough to be in the shadows and never be seen, a terror of the shadows. During the reign of Nidimaine Raikage the baby boy known as Riku of the Ryuu family was born in the darkest part of the night. Hours after his birth, his parents who had been part of a dark cult used him in a strange ritual, which had failed with the thankful help of the ninja of Kumogakure. Staying with his god parents he began to grow up slowly and safely in the community, the people of the town feared him because of his familys old actions. At the age of 7 he was already passed through the ninja academy and to the rank of genin. Known even at the age of 7 for his deadly assassination skills and his grace with the kills.
Choosing to keep his rank of genin until he reached the tender age of 10 he finally entered the exams with the highest mission ranking in the exams, even in the entire village. Ripping through the first two tests without any trouble, but finally gained trouble when facing an uchiha in the final stage of the last test, which was trouble to his slightly underdeveloped sneaking skills, every shadow in the arena was lit by the fiery blaze that made the room a flash of light every passing second. Only when he pulled out his weapon of choice, a scythe that he had found in the room of ritual from his early childhood. Moving fast across the terrain he decapitated the uchiha, and instead of stopping there, he began to skin the uchiha right in the arena and in front of all of the people there, quickly being rushed out, Riku was the only person to pass the exam, and his story became even more feared, being known as the child ghost of the family of sin. Being more and more feared he was a truly unique ninja, one of the only people in his generation to be so talented so young. The time finally came when a full scale attack began on riku’s home village of terror, people fought back with their inferior weapons but were no match to the weapons of their enemies, when things looked their worst a gleam of hope showed for the townspeople, and a gleam of despair for the attacking troops, every one of the thousand troops were all foot soldiers with single metal swords, a shadowy figure appeared atop a hill, those who were close enough to see, saw a sadistic smile of a truly twisted boy, jumping from the hill and drawing his weapon the boy ripped through the terror ridden crowd, slicing through friend and foe alike, becoming a true terror, disappearing and reappearing in the night, they never got a swing on the assassin. Taking merely five minutes to dispatch all of the terrorized army men and most of the people that were outside the boy himself was quickly dispatched by a tranquilizer dart to his neck, when he awoke he found himself in simple attire in a prison, his terrorized tactics were not welcome and he had been imprisoned by the ninja of Kirigakure, since the town was technically in their territory as well. The boy would be stuck in the horrible prison for many many years before there was any chance of any hope for escape…but it wouldn’t take very long for a protégé to escape from the stupid prison.
The one thing the boy didn’t expect was the chakra restraining devices that were placed all around the complex, it hindered the guards as well as the prisoners, although the guards seemed to just be plain meat heads. Many years passed of nothing but disrespect and torture, scars of his torment are shown on his body, leaving his body writhing in pain each day, but not once did his face change from his regularly calm state. And the day finally came when a guard tried to change that, drawing his knife the guard tried to slice apart riku’s face, the prisons first mistake. With his superior training Riku disarmed the guard with ease, and with that he also killed him, took his apparl, and just for the hell of it, skinned the man and hung him from his cell, his final terror tactic was with he wrote, ‘Your all next’ on the wall with the guards blood. Naturally everything fell into place, the prison began to panic, the chakra restraints were taken off so the guards could defend themselves…their second mistake. Finally able to use his assassin skills to the full extent he hid in the shadows until he found his original clothing and weapons. The moon was a rare shade that night, it was a shade that only happened every decade or so, a moon that was redder then the blood in our bodies, with that moon it was the perfect chance to perform the perfect ritual. Pulling a hood over his head he leapt into the air and landed in the middle of all the guards, slicing open the chest cavity of the head guard while all the others watched in terror, riku gave them all a sadistic, cruel smile that filled their hearts with terror. With his eyes turning as red as his hair and the moon he seemed more a demon then human, in a true bloodlust he reached into the cut open chest cavity and grabbed the guard captains still beating heart and ripped it out. Heart in one hand, scythe in the other he smashed the heart causing blood to splatter everywhere, the heart was a small splatter compared to the blood spraying from the captains body. Spinning his blade as the others ran in terror he was amused when they ran for the door and it didn’t open, all the locking mechanisms had been jammed by riku. The true slaughter happened that night, and the demon of the world had been created, that’s not how Riku saw it, he saw himself as an angel of death, a holy messenger. When he finally came back to his village he had found himself a hero among the people, and they had all wanted him to become the new kage, at the age of twenty two he had achieved the rank of Raikage, and the most sadistic man in the world.
