Shiko's appearance is very much suited to the desert climate of Suna. Being hot and arid, most of the people that come from The Village Hidden in the Sand have brown, black or Dusty blond hair. Therefor all Suna member's skins are always tanned from the heat.

Shiko has thick, dusty blond hair as if it has been through many sandstorms. To suit his hair, he has mildly tanned skin which is slightly dry. He is around 78kilograms and is muscularly built as he regularly works out. Shiko's height is roughly 180centimeters tall (5'11). He has a perfect posture so his muscles, bones and body aren't in pain whatsoever. He rarely slouches except at a long day behind the desk. Shiko has a scar just under his chin where he was threatened by an old enemy and has semi-healed cuts on his arms and legs. Shiko keeps a sturdy expression like that of a dedicated ruler of his village. He also has a prosthetic arm after a fight with Meimu, where he tried to stop him from reforming Akatsuki. This arm is a lot more than it seems...

Personality:

Shiko is a well concentrated person and always works hard, no matter what he does. Through being a hard working person he was picked to become Kazekage as he showed how superior he really was after the mysterious death of the previous Kazekage. Shiko has a no-fuss attitude and it is found as an extreme rarity if he is found making a joke. His serious attitude often make people nervous when around him. He has no self doubt whatsoever and always is honest and speaks his mind.

Many people rumor that it is a feat to be able to become friends with Shiko as people don't express themselves around him. Shiko likes people that speak what they think and aren't afraid of speaking up. He especially likes it when someone stands up for themselves or someone else, as self-doubt is the worse drug. If you start to feel it, it may become addictive. (Take Hinata in the 1st Series.) Anyone that shows off too extensively is someone he doesn't like. A thingyy, stuck-up person is also someone he dislikes. Being on the bad side of Shiko is a bad thing..

Character's History:

It was the 7th of the month in which Suna Arashi was born. Being born in the rich, royal area of Suna, it seems he was destined to be great. At the age of 3, he was given the nickname of Shiko as it was almost a taboo in the desert to say Suna Arashi. From then on since he had seemed to go with it, not really caring. At the age of 9 he passed the Academy with not a lot of intense difficulty. He seemed to master the jutsus the senseis required him to use, in order to pass. From then on he was assigned to team 4, led by Jounin, Guozi Aitchi. His team was assigned to the medium styled mission and didn't seemed to grow much, until he found out what his element was in a hostile situation. It was a tracking mission on a hidden nin from Kiri and it turned out to be an ambush. His Team Leader and team mates, were murdered before him. The missing nin, seemingly challenged Shiko to a fight and that was when he found his element; Light. After a grueling fight that he somehow won, his opponents fled, never to bother him again.

He passed the Chuunin Exams, winning the 3rd Test against a Hyuuga member and passing the Exams. He was assigned to a team of chuunins with an anbu as leader. Nothing eventful happened and he passed the jounin exams after. Losing to the same person that he beat in the Chuunin Exams, however he still became a Jounin. With the team he was assigned to he went in search for a criminal, Meimu who had seemed to be causing trouble around the desert. After 3 days into the search he had found Meimu and he had to dismiss his team so no-one would get hurt. It was a long, grueling and painful battle for both people and it didn't end well for Shiko. He had seemed to make Meimu flee from the desert however he lost something dear to him, his right arm. Meimu fled and left Shiko to walk back to Suna, through the hot desert with a bleeding arm. The doctor's performed instant surgery on him and they managed to make the best prosthetic arm ever, allowing blood flow, chakra flow and some of his old muscles. It was like a normal arm except he felt no pain in it. His Light jutsus require sunstones to use and that was where he stored them. Once he returned from surgey, the Kazekage was murdered, mysteriously. Shiko placed his name down for it and surprisingly he had got it, coming from Royalty. It has not been easy being Kage as it involves constant work behind a desk, assigning people mission, viewing stocks and such but he copes. Every now and then he even has time to hone his skills.

Objectives:

To destroy Meimu and the Akatsuki he has reformed.

Description: A rare gem that has light contained in it. It is used for Light based jutsus as it has direct, super focused light. It is if not the rarest gem known to the shinobi world. Shuki has 3. One on his neck, one on his right ring finger and one hidden in his prosthetic arm. It uses sunlight as charge. Is similar to solar-power in a way.

Description: The best created Fake arm known to the shinobi world. It allows chakra and blood to flow through it and certain muscles to function properly. It is like a proper arm, yet Shiko can not feel anything in it. It has a hole in the palm where light from his hidden sunstone can be shot from. Also a kunai is able to be fired from there. This holds 3 kilograms of Sand in it, a special storage area for Sand, for Sand based Jutsus.

Description: The Light Katana is just a name given to a katana created by Shiko. By focusing light into it, it lights up and can stay illuminated for days, depending on how much light has been focused. When light is focused on it, Shiko's real name becomes engraved into the blade in super-strong light.
