Clan's Name: Kira

Biography:
This was one of the clan's fighting in the war before the villages were made. They were one of the smaller clans, but were thought to be decendests of the Hyuuga clan. They weren't really fighters in the war as their powers only allowed them limited ability to read moves and counter-act. The Kira clan decided to be mercenaries for hire that would heal the injured and train the physical condition of the ninja.
Once the villages were created the Kira clan had to choose alliance to one, so they split into sects at all the villages. But it was soon found out that the Kira clan members didn't always pass down the Doujutsu. With the clan Kekkai Genkai dying out the villagers started to react violently to them. Trying to protect the remaining members of the Kira clan, the village leaders killed the members of Kira without the kekkai genkai. Not to be cruel at all the members of the clan themselves helped.
With the new addition of the medical ninjas in battle teams the Kira clan began to train it's members in battle techniques. Finding it hard to keep up with the times only certain sects of the Kira clan kept up the other sects useless now trained other clans to be better. Now only few Kira members are medical ninjas used in battle the others train others from different clans to be in better physically.

I got rid of the chakra costs. People are supposed to do those for themselves. I would also like you to explain your jutsus more as alot of them don't make much sense. For example, how can a Doujutsu enhance the muscular system? Try to keep it logical please.
