Gender: Male
Appearance: Kairai looks not much different from when he was a child, only a little more mature. He has white hair with black streaks in it. His skin is white, but it's tanned dark. Kirai is 5'11 and weighs 157lbs.
Usually Kirai has a bored expression on his face. He stands as though he is always bored, unless in a fight where he has no specific standign style. He normally wears a black overcoat, but when he gets in a serious fight he takes it off to reveal baggy white pants that are samurai-like (not skirts) and a tight white t-shirt.
Personality: Kirai, just naturally, is cold to others. He doesn't show them much emotion. He tries to only show any emotion or ideas to those he's grown to trust. His friends are the only ones he lets in. His enemies he is extremely cold to, and is normally trying to kill them, and strangers he's cold and quiet (usually) until he finds out a little more about them.
Usually when he's conflicted with a problem or dilema, he goes extremely quiet. Thats normally when, if he's not already, he grabs for a cigerette. Ofcourse, he doesn't always smoke. Most of the time when you see him he either has only a little left or is just starting. He also hates to be looked down apon.
Lately, however, something about the village changed him. He no longer is ever seen with a cigerette, and smiles and talks a bit more, and is more open in general. But he normally still wears the same expression on his face, and same body expression.
Desired Village: Konoha

Character's History: Kairai was born to a powerful family. They did not belong to a clan, but were highly respected and wonderful ninja. Kairai use to wait for his parents the days they were suppose to get home from their missions, refusing to do anything else. They were a close family, full of love. But one day that changed. Kairai had just joined the Acadamy, and was doing O.K., nothing to be proud of. But he had just gotten best in his class at use of puppets, already using small ones for fighting. His parents wrote to him, saying theyed be back that night to watch him work the puppets.
They never arived.
It had turned out his parents had died on the way home in an ambush by Konoha's own ninja. They had mistaken his parents, who since they were spies were dressed in the enemy nations clothing, and were killed. Kirai immediately started rising in ranks ,which was surprising. He did so for now he had an extremely important motive to him. Revenge. The village that his parents swore to protect was killed by the village they were protecting. There was no greater disgrace.
Kairai graduated from the acadamy top in his class, and being a Genin he could sitll take some of the higher Chunin. This continued until the age of 14. He passed the Chunin exams, with his female partner who was focused on Genjutsu, his male partner focused on earth jutsu. They made a good team, and doing this made them the third to pass that part of the exams, his use with tiny puppets great for he could use ones that looked like a fly: It was completely unexpected.
Then, the tournament part, he made it to the final part, but lost to an expert wind jutsu user. He could not take the shere power of the others moves.
As a powerful chunin, Kirai continued to grow in strength. But he realized something. Suna, the village that killed his parents, meant nothing. There was a bigger thing. His village hadn't had enough defence, enough power, to save them. He decided to change that.
Continuing to go up the ranks, Kirai was promoted once more to a Jounin. With his puppets he was able to be real close to his team mates, without really being there. He could be doing another part of the mission, while they were there with his little puppet bugs. It was hard to work that far off, so he found a new way.
He used a tracker on them, and with it each had a small seal on it. If his group ever got in serious trouble, it would start beeping frantically, and h could summon himself to it. This made his team a perfect combo. After the second year, his team passed the Chunin exams, and he was let known he'd been promoted to Senin. With this new found promotion, he ended up leaving the village for a while at the age of twenty. Five years later, the old hokage died of old age. So at the age of twenty five, Kirai returned.
And he was MUCH stronger. He was ended up, after a year of internal struggle for becoming the new kage, he ended up entering the struggle for power and ended up winning it quickly. At the age of twent six, he helped rebuild the village and boost them economically once more.
Now, one year since then, he has restored the village to how it was, in every aspect, before the struggle of power ,and is now the Hokage.
Objectives: To defend his village so nothing like what happe nto his parents happens again

Specilization: Kirai, being a puppet master and very skilled at making Human Puppets, can use his abilities to expiriment on humans after puppitized to give them the same powers they had before their death in their puppet form. This way, if someone of the Gaara bloodline was killed and puppetized by him, he could use the persons bloodline.
